Middle School
Welcome to the Middle School! The MS Faculty and I try to exemplify our Mission in all that we do for our students every day. Our students work hard, take full advantage of all that King has to offer, and enjoy themselves in a caring environment that pushes them to excellence.
King’s approach to learning is built on getting to know each of our students as well as we possibly can, fostering positive teacher-student relationships, and establishing strong lines of communication between the School and home. I am sure that you will find that King is a wonderful place where your child can thrive in a welcoming and challenging community.
Please explore our MS pages to learn more about our exciting program. I hope you will also make plans to visit our campus soon to find out first hand what a special place can be for your child.

Middle School Mission Statement
The Middle School years are characterized by significant cognitive, physical, and socio-emotional growth for pre-adolescent and early adolescent children.
King's Middle School believes that by creating a partnership between diversely talented and motivated students, dedicated Teachers, and supportive parents, a community exists in which students pursue excellence through participating in a program that promotes appropriate risk-taking, full accountability for one’s choices and actions, and the acquisition of independent thinking skills. Our challenging academic program, supported through personalized educational experiences, allows students to excel in the classroom, in the arts, and on the athletic fields.
By demonstrating respect for themselves and others, students learn to embrace the unique and diverse qualities in those around them. Through service learning opportunities, an embracing of educational technology, and a commitment to global education, Middle School students are prepared to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
