Alumni Board
Alumni Board members serve as advocates for the School and its alumni members, promoting loyalty, community participation, and financial support of the School. Alumni Board members work to achieve these objectives in a variety of ways, including volunteering, friend-raising, and fundraising.
One of the objectives of the Board is to foster a fellowship that brings all of our Alumni together on a common platform. The Board meets throughout the year to discuss ways in which it can best serve you and the Association. The ongoing development of this web site and the establishment of Professional Networking Events are some of the ways we reconnect Alumni with their classmates and the School.
Class Agents
The role of a Class Agent is part of a tradition that dates back more than 70 years. Class Agents are vital members of the alumni network, as they serve as ambassadors for the School and their classmates.
You can play an important role by volunteering as a Class Agent:
• Inform classmates about upcoming events and ways to get involved in activities.
• Create online communities with classmates via email.
• Contact the School about the interests of fellow classmates.
• Recruit classmates to help plan and attend Reunions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Alumni Board.
The Alumni Association Wants You!
We are currently seeking Alumni to serve as members on the Alumni Board and as Class Agents.
Alumni Board membership offers rewarding opportunities to shape the direction of the Alumni Association, interact with Alumni of all ages, assist with events, and have fun. The Board represents the entire Alumni Association within the School community and advises the Advancement Office on all matters pertaining to Alumni, while striving to reflect the diverse population of our School. Led by the Alumni Board President and guided by the Director of Alumni Relations, the Board meets throughout the year.
Nominations may be submitted throughout the year, so please provide the Alumni Office with a letter of intent that describes your involvement with any school-related activities since graduation and the reasons you are interested in joining.
