Assistant Director of Advancement: Duties include managing the capital campaign, scholarships, grants; supervising marketing and communications efforts, including branding, advertising, and publications; planning events; and coordinating volunteers. Experience with Raisers' Edge or similar program required.
Sr. Benefits Administrator: 30 hours per week. Benefits administration with specifics such as legal compliance for medical and dental plans, including COBRA, and implementation of HSA/HD offering; retirement plan administration including compliance, administration, and annual testing; payroll, including contract preparation and analysis, and maintenance of personnel files/documents. Proficiency in Excel and Paychex or other similar system required.
Head Varsity Girls' Softball Coach: Interested candidates should have significant playing and coaching experience at the High School and/or College level. Candidate will oversee the day-to-day planning and coaching of the Upper School team and support both the school’s and athletic department’s mission statement and philosophy. Candidate should be a skilled mentor and communicator, with the ability to lead a competitive program, and have a commitment to build the entire Girl’s Softball program, by establishing consistent philosophies and teaching methods for all upper and middle school teams and coaches. Candidate should also have the willingness to organize out of season training sessions, be engaged in the out of school softball community, and have the have the ability to attend the team’s pre-season trip to Florida in March.
